Responsible for administering $560K of a $1.8 M budget. Developed numerous new programs that consistently generated non-dues revenues including: KDOT/KCA Construction Industry Training Program, Spring and Fall KCA Days conferences; trade shows; golf tournaments and sporting clays.


Developed and implemented rebranding and marketing strategies to raise awareness of the 80-year-old association and promote the statewide heavy, highway and utility construction industry. Revolutionized the face of the organization through creative marketing and membership materials, web designs, billboards, banners, brochures, advertisements and social media.


Wrote a $400,000 renewable grant and administered a training program generating more than $100,000 annual non-dues revenue for the association. The KDOT/KCA Construction Industry Training Program won 3 national awards in 6 years.


Developed and oversaw the Leadership KCA program for younger construction managers, providing conferences and field trips resulting in new inter-business relationships and the opportunity to identify the future business leaders and board members for the association.
